Responsibilities:
Food Processing:
Operate and monitor food processing equipment to prepare food products according to recipes and specifications.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and report any deviations or issues promptly.
Sanitation:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Follow sanitation procedures and guidelines to prevent contamination.
Ingredient Handling:
Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for recipes.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to prevent spoilage or contamination.
Packaging:
Operate packaging machinery and assemble, label, and package food products.
Ensure correct labeling and sealing of packages.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing personal equipment and following safety procedures.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Report shortages and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels.
Documentation:
Complete production and quality control logs, batch records, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Regulations:
Follow food safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
