Responsible for all aspects of physical plant.
Oversee day-to-day operation of the entire maintenance program.
Proactive with preventative maintenance program to ensure assets longevity and functionality of equipment.
Manage / maintain a realistic budget for all supplies, materials, and vendor expenses for routine and non-routine categories.
Working knowledge of the most up to date DOH, CMS regulations and requirements.
Participate in our Safety Program Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems as well as low voltage Support all buildings by working diligently and closely with all facility Maintenance Directors, Administrators and Regional Team Members Performs other duties as requested.
Reports any discrepancies in his/her area to department supervisor.
